This year's graduating Chester High Senior Cadets consisted of 8 Cadets.

Cadet Murray has been accepted by the Marine Corps and he will depart for bootcamp shortly.  Cadets Earl, Waters and Dawson are all currently pursuing the dream of becoming Marines also and are awaiting test scores and the completion of the

Delayed Entry process.

The 2007 Cadet of the Year Award for 2007 was an easy choice as Cadet Captain Bowers, in her third year of MCJROTC, led by example all year long.  Not only was she the merit leader, but she also led academically and physically.  Cadet Bowers will enter 2007 as the Commanding Officer of Chester High School MCJROTC.

The 2007 LE-1 Cadet of the Year award was a tough choice which came down to 5 cadets.  Cadet Pless' High Honor Roll, Extracurricular activities and overall LE-1 grade point average put her over the top.  Cadet Pless also received a MCJROTC Speech award and had the highest YFPT in the female division.  She was promoted to Corporal.
