On Tuesday February 10th 2009, 10 Chester MCJROTC Cadets were awarded Scholarships to pay for their College Level Course Profiles in Leadersip LEAD 164 developed by the PA Veterans Museum and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs CO. These Cadets were top in their class which just completed the 25 hour course for 2 college credits. They are now working on 13 hours of community service to earn 1 more college credit. The Chester High Cadets were the first Marine Corps JROTC in the country to take and finish this course.
