On Thursday 23 April 2009, the Chester High Cadets participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the First Tee organization at Chester High. The Cadets presented the colors and Cadet A. Satchell sang the National Anthem. Among the highlights at this event were the guest speakers Senator Dominic Pilleggi, Mayor W. Butler, Representative T Kirkland and Chester Upland School District Superintendent, Dr. G. Thornton. The First Tee is a great organization that instills Leadership through teaching Golf www.thefirsttee.org
